well purposed, pretty much sums up my day yesterday. Had such a strong involvment with menial tasks that alot of time went by very quick and smooth. Feels good to just be on pace with what needs doing and to bump into people along the way. So many times today, i saw faces of people who looked, well , sad i guess. Just by not looking away and making an effort to get eye contact and then smiling from my heart, most of them couldnt help but smile too. Even some of them wanted to talk a bit and be glad about something, even if it was just a little. Chuck Swindol says that our lives are about 10% what we do and 90% how we do them, ie... Attitude.
